EAT THIS, NOT THAT: KAPHA EDITION

Food For Kapha Cravings
Ayurveda teaches us everything from what to eat for our body type to which foods will build tissue layers, or warm or cool the body.
By using this ancient wisdom, we can also learn about which foods are best to eat when cleansing based on our current state of balance.
Below I’ll share with you some foods you may be craving while cleansing excess Kapha, and which foods you should eat instead to help ease those cleanse time hunger pangs.
With excess Kapha in the body, you may find yourself craving more building foods with Salty, Sweet, or Sour Qualities.
These qualities will increase Kapha in the body. While you want to avoid eating too many foods with these qualities, eating the right foods in moderation will help you get past the cravings.
